一、服务内容
1. Services
慧脑智能体为用户提供智能对话、文档理解、PPT 生成、记忆与知识库、图像理解及相关辅助功能。用户应在法律法规和本协议允许的范围内使用服务。
HuiBrain provides users with intelligent conversation, document understanding, PPT generation, memory and knowledge base, image understanding and related auxiliary functions. Users shall use the services within the scope permitted by laws, regulations and this Agreement.
二、账号与使用

1. 用户应提供真实、有效的注册信息，并妥善保管登录凭证。
1. Users shall provide true and valid registration information and keep their login credentials safe.
2. 用户不得利用本服务生成、传播违法违规信息，不得侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权或其他合法权益。
2. Users shall not use the services to generate or spread illegal or non-compliant information, nor infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights.
3. 用户不得对服务进行逆向工程、恶意攻击、绕过限额或从事影响服务稳定运行的行为。
3. Users shall not reverse-engineer or maliciously attack the services, circumvent usage limits, or engage in any conduct that affects the stable operation of the services.
4. 用户上传或投喂的材料，应确保其拥有合法使用权。

三、付费与额度
3. Payment and Credits
1. 部分 AI 能力按实际消耗扣除额度。不同能力的计费标准可能不同，以应用内展示为准。
1. Some AI functions deduct credits according to actual usage. Billing standards may differ between functions; what is shown in the app prevails.
2. 充值额度仅可用于本应用内服务消耗，不兑换现金。
2. Recharged credits can only be used for services within this app and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. 除法律法规另有规定外，已充值额度不支持退款。
3. Except as otherwise required by laws and regulations, recharged credits are non-refundable.
4. 固定充值档位可能包含赠送额度；任意金额充值按实际支付金额等额入账，是否赠送以应用内展示为准。
4. Fixed recharge tiers may include bonus credits; recharges of any custom amount are credited equal to the amount actually paid, and whether a bonus applies is as shown in the app.

为提供完整功能，本应用会接入模型、搜索、图像、支付等第三方服务。第三方服务的可用性、规则和费用可能发生调整，我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但不对第三方原因造成的暂时不可用承担责任。
To provide full functionality, this app connects to third-party services for models, search, images, payment and so on. The availability, rules and fees of third-party services may change. We will do our best to keep the services stable, but are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by third parties.
