一、我们收集的信息
1. Information We Collect
1. 账号信息：邮箱或手机号、登录状态及账号相关记录。

6. Letters from users: a letter (a question, a fault report, or comments and suggestions) that you ask Xiaohui to draft and personally send by tapping "Send" in the confirmation box is forwarded through our server to our support mailbox service@huibrain.com. It contains the letter's text, the reply email address you enter, your device type and software version. The server does not store the letter's content; the letter is used only to reply to you, handle the issues you raise and improve the product, and is kept in the support mailbox for no more than one year after it has been handled.
二、信息使用

三、本地与服务器存储
3. Local and Server Storage
聊天记录、记忆、知识库，以及生成的图片和文件，都保存在用户自己的手机或电脑上，我们的服务器不保存，也没有云端备份。手机与电脑之间不经服务器同步，资料只能通过用户自己导出的备份文件搬移；备份文件未加密，请妥善保管。为完成账号、托管转发、额度和支付等功能，服务器会处理必要的账号、设备、调用量、费用、订单和安全记录信息。除为完成当次请求所必需外，服务器不将聊天正文写入业务数据库或运行日志。
Chat history, memory, the knowledge base, and generated images and files are all stored on the user's own phone or computer; our servers do not store them and there is no cloud backup. Phones and computers are not synchronized through the server; data can only be moved via backup files exported by users themselves. Backup files are not encrypted, so please keep them safe. To provide accounts, hosted forwarding, credits and payment, the server processes necessary account, device, usage, fee, order and security record information. Except where necessary to complete the current request, the server does not write chat content into business databases or operation logs.
四、电脑上的项目文件夹
4. Project Folders on Computers
电脑版会在“文档”下建立“小慧项目”文件夹，其中每个文件夹就是一个项目。用户进入某个项目后，小慧可以查看、读取该项目文件夹里的文件，把做好的文件存进去，并按用户要求在其中移动文件、修改文件名；小慧不会删除其中的文件，也不会自行读写电脑上的其他文件夹。纯聊天时，小慧不会主动查看项目文件夹；只有在用户明确要求、或完成用户交给的任务需要时，才会查看相关项目里的文件夹、文件及其内容。小慧查看到的文件名称等信息和读取的文件内容，与对话内容一样，会传输给大模型服务处理（见第五节）。
The desktop version creates a "小慧项目" (Xiaohui Projects) folder under "Documents"; each folder inside it is a project. After the user enters a project, Xiaohui can view and read the files in that project folder, save finished files into it, and move or rename files in it as the user requests. Xiaohui does not delete files in it, nor does she read or write other folders on the computer on her own. In plain chat, Xiaohui does not proactively look at project folders; only when the user explicitly asks, or when a task the user has given requires it, does she view the folders, files and their contents in the relevant project. Information such as file names that Xiaohui views, and the content of files she reads, like conversation content, is sent to large-model services for processing (see Section 5).
五、第三方服务

为实现以下功能，本应用会将完成对应功能所必需的信息传输给相应服务提供方：
To provide the following functions, this app sends the information necessary for each function to the corresponding service provider:
1. 对话：深度求索（DeepSeek）；

2. 图像识别、向量处理、文生图：阿里云百炼（通义千问、通义万相）；
2. Image recognition, vector processing, text-to-image: Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen, Wanxiang);
3. 联网搜索、网页读取：月之暗面（Kimi）；
3. Web search, web page reading: Moonshot AI (Kimi);
4. 短信验证码：阿里云短信服务；邮件验证码：阿里云邮件推送；
4. SMS verification codes: Alibaba Cloud SMS; email verification codes: Alibaba Cloud DirectMail;
5. 充值支付：微信支付。
5. Recharge payment: WeChat Pay.
我们会限制传输范围，并要求第三方按照其规则和安全标准处理信息。
We limit the scope of transmission and require third parties to process information in accordance with their rules and security standards.
六、设备编号
6. Device ID
应用首次启动时会生成并安全保存一个设备编号，用于免费额度计算、设备层限频和安全保护。该编号不用于识别用户现实身份。
When the app is launched for the first time, it generates and securely stores a device ID, used for calculating free credits, device-level rate limiting and security protection. This ID is not used to identify a user's real-world identity.
七、应用锁
7. App Lock
应用锁由用户自行决定是否开启。开启后：
Users decide for themselves whether to turn on the app lock. Once it is on:
1. 解锁密码只以不可还原的方式保存在本机，不上传服务器。
1. The unlock password is stored only on the device in an irreversible form and is not uploaded to the server.
2. 手机上的指纹等生物特征比对由手机系统完成，本应用不获取、不保存生物特征信息。
2. Biometric matching such as fingerprints on phones is done by the phone's system; this app does not obtain or store biometric information.
3. 解锁密码连续输错 10 次，将清除这台设备上的小慧资料（电脑上连同“文档\小慧项目”文件夹），且无法恢复。
3. Entering a wrong unlock password 10 times in a row erases Xiaohui's data on that device (on computers, including the "Documents\小慧项目" folder), and it cannot be recovered.
4. 忘记解锁密码时：邮箱账号凭登录密码重设，登录密码交服务器核对；手机号账号在电脑上凭短信验证码重设，在手机上只能清除这台手机上的小慧资料后重新登录。服务器只核对是否正确，并按第一节第 4 条留下尝试记录。
4. If the unlock password is forgotten: email accounts reset it with the login password, which is checked by the server; mobile-number accounts reset it with an SMS verification code on computers, while on phones the only option is to erase Xiaohui's data on that phone and sign in again. The server only checks whether the credentials are correct and keeps attempt records as described in Section 1, Item 4.
八、信息保存与删除
8. Retention and Deletion of Information
手机上的小慧资料会随应用卸载从手机删除。电脑上卸载小慧时，会询问是否一并删除小慧资料；“文档\小慧项目”文件夹里的文件属于用户自己的文件，卸载时不删除。
Xiaohui's data on a phone is deleted from the phone when the app is uninstalled. When Xiaohui is uninstalled on a computer, you will be asked whether to delete Xiaohui's data as well; files in the "Documents\小慧项目" folder belong to the user and are not deleted on uninstall.
一台设备上的小慧资料归属在这台设备上登录的账号；换用另一个账号登录，须先清除这台设备上原有的小慧资料（电脑上连同“文档\小慧项目”文件夹）。
Xiaohui's data on a device belongs to the account signed in on that device; to sign in with a different account, the existing Xiaohui data on that device must be erased first (on computers, including the "Documents\小慧项目" folder).
您可以在“账号管理”中注销账号：注销后，服务器将删除您的邮箱或手机号、登录凭证及相关尝试记录，您操作注销的这台设备上的聊天记录、记忆和知识库一并清空（电脑上“文档\小慧项目”文件夹保留）；额度与订单等财务记录会按法律要求在必要期限内以无法识别您身份的方式保存。
You can delete your account under "账号管理" (Account Management). After deletion, the server deletes your email address or mobile number, login credentials and related attempt records, and the chat history, memory and knowledge base on the device used for deletion are cleared as well (the "Documents\小慧项目" folder on computers is kept); financial records such as credits and orders are retained for the necessary period as required by law, in a form that cannot identify you.
九、设备权限

手机：联网；通知、前台服务（显示投喂等后台任务的进度）；安卓 9 及以下保存图片时的存储权限；指纹等生物识别（仅在开启指纹解锁时使用）。选图、选文件通过系统自带的选择器完成，本应用只获得用户选定的内容。
Phone: network access; notifications and foreground service (to show the progress of background tasks such as feeding); storage permission for saving images on Android 9 and below; fingerprint and other biometrics (used only when fingerprint unlock is turned on). Images and files are chosen through the system's built-in picker, and this app receives only the content the user selects.
电脑：读写“文档\小慧项目”文件夹；读取用户选择、拖入或粘贴的文件；仅在用户复制或粘贴时使用剪贴板；为应用锁感知 Windows 的锁屏、睡眠、休眠和关机。
Computer: read and write the "Documents\小慧项目" folder; read files the user selects, drags in or pastes; use the clipboard only when the user copies or pastes; detect Windows lock screen, sleep, hibernation and shutdown for the app lock.
